UBA PREPAID CARD RECHARGE

You can recharge your UBA Prepaid card online through us or in person in any of our offices.
Recharges are done instantly after all your details + money have been received, and you receive a notification to confirm it. Recharges are available 24/7 even on Public Holidays. Your client ID & 4 last digits of your card are needed in order to confirm your account identity and recharge your UBA Prepaid card.
Online Payments for card recharges are received through our Orange Money & MTN Mobile Money merchant accounts. You can also pay in cash in one of our offices, or through our agents.
There's an automatic charge of 500 FCFA deducted from every recharge by UBA, irrespective of the amount recharged, But our recharge fees cover the 500 FCFA UBA charges from UBA, meaning that you get the exact intended amount, click the button below to see our recharge fees.

BLOCK OR REPLACE UBA PREPAID CARD

We can help you request the blocking of your UBA Prepaid VISA card if it's in jeopardy, we can also help you replace your UBA prepaid card with a new one.
Some details & documents are required to confirm your identity & request to block or replace your UBA Prepaid Card ;
1 - Copy of a valid ID card, or Passport signed 3 times by you.
2 - Client ID of the prepaid card you wish to block in case of Blocking. In case of replacement client id of the prepaid card you wish to replace, client ID of the New Prepaid card.
3 - Written letter addressed to UBA Cameroon, for the blocking or replacement of your card with reasons stated.
Blocking your UBA Prepaid card is free, but replacing it may incur some charges, from UBA, not us.
